Rachael, found a room for me when I could not get one any where I'm town. Not sure what event was going on but I was about to drive to another hotel in the next big city and she called me back and offered a room at a discounted rate that was closed for paint damage. The room was in great condition besides 1 small area that needed paint. Thank you again! I will definitely be returning back when I'm in town for work again.

The staff was very nice, very helpful, and very responsive. I had to cancel one of our night's stay - there were no issues. Check-in was smooth. My wife is not a big hotel/motel/inn person. The room was very clean and neat looking. The TV did not work, we told the front desk and they actually had a maintenance guy there 15 minutes later. My three kids and I had a bet that he was not going to be able to fix it. I was figuring we would be asked to switch rooms, but the dude pulled out he "TV bag" and had it fixed in about 8 minutes. The heater worked well. The shower was strong and had a great range of heat. It was not noisy. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I love breakfast - probably my favorite meal. I enjoyed the eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. Good place to stay in Bend with good value for your money.

Extremely reasonable for what you get. Paid about $90 for my dog and I. Huge bed with medium firm mattress, great sheets, and 6 of the best pillows - outside of My Pillow - I've ever used. 65 inch 4k TV, fridge, microwave. Heater was quiet and you could not hear any street noise, in spite of being sandwiched between two very busy roads. Free full breakfast in the AM: scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, milk, OJ, three kinds of cereals, bagels, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Stuffed myself, and then brought my dog a plateful. :) Will stay there every time I am in Bend.

Stayed 5 nights last week. The first room, there was a huge gap between the door and the frame. The bottom part of the deadbolt did not go into the door jamb hardly at all. I did not feel safe in there. So I asked for a different room. The attendant was very helpful and gave me a different room without any questions. The second room was clean visually, but the floors probably haven’t been mopped for weeks. Just placing our bare feet on the floor it became black immediately; which is pretty disgusting to experience. The tub area is old and has some black mold around it. No exhaust fan in there…. This room also had a gap around the door and I could see daylight, but it was way better than the first door. The hotel is very close to a very busy (several lanes of traffic) street so it’s pretty noisy. There aren’t any elevators so keep that in mind when you book if you can carry your luggage and stuff up and down the stairs. The free breakfast was okay. No fresh fruit. The biscuits and gravy was served daily as were scrambled eggs and sausage. I would stay again but I will clean my own floor next time so I know it’s clean. Maybe my standards were too high but for $1009 for 5 nights it should have had clean floors. I’ve included photos.

The room I had was nice. The sheets were nice and it had a mini fridge and iron hairdryer which was helpful and wasn't generally good condition. We got a group rate because we were at a conference of $100 a night which was a great deal and we could walk to the convention center next door which is also a very nice place to host an event. The breakfast bar is very modest but overall it's a good value. The room would have been $200 at the normal rate. It's next to a large mall with a natural grocers where I went to get some items for my room. There's a lot of traffic and a large road but traffic signals and sidewalks so you can navigate.

I had a pleasant day here. The staff was attentive when I needed their help with something, the bed was very comfortable, the cleaning service did a wonderful job, and the place was extremely clean when I arrived. The location is wonderful. Breakfast is standard. All in all, I felt it for what it is and the price, it was a very nice place to stay.

No frills, but good value and clean. Breakfast is your standard continental and the pool was open. There's a car charging spot for EV users (not free but standard rates). No charge for parking.
